Meet our team

Miss Anna started her career at Rocket at Kingsland Pre-Prep where she was part of the senior management team. She became our Head in 2023 where she has been working to ensure the highest quality of education and care. After completing her Early Childhood studies in Greece, Anna enjoyed many years working as an Early years Teacher in private settings in London. As well as holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Anna has an array of secret weapons, she is also a professional dancer, graduating with a higher diploma in Dance & Arts and she is completing a Masters in Leadership (a true lifelong learner!). Miss Anna is also a founding member of Rocket Earth, our global charity initiative. We love that Anna puts her heart and passion into everything she does showing dedication, discipline and creativity.

Miss Megan joined us in September 2020 and has made her own mark, we would not recognise the Office without her! Megan can only be described as one the most likeable, bubbly and optimistic personalities around. She would quite possibly win ‘The Apprentice’ in manner and professionalism and has a background working for Amazon and BaxterStorey. Megan is our tour de force.

All our Office Gurus are also our First Aid officers although we always aim for all our staff to be trained.

From her first few months at Chelsea Pre-Prep, Miss Fatima has become an integral part of our leadership team. Her professionalism, determination, and unwavering commitment to children led her to become our Deputy Head alongside Miss Anna, as well as our Designated Safeguarding Lead. Calm, approachable, and endlessly dedicated, she is one of the most loved members of the CPP family.

With over 10 years of Early Years experience across Dubai and the UK, a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Fatima combines a wealth of expertise with an exceptional understanding of child development. Passionate about helping every child reach their full potential, she creates creative, hands-on learning experiences where curiosity and confidence flourish.

Children naturally gravitate towards Miss Fatima; you'll rarely find her without a group of little ones gathered around as she builds, creates, investigates, or brings a new idea to life. Her kindness, warmth, and ability to make every child feel truly seen are at the heart of everything she does, making her an inspiring leader, educator, and role model at Chelsea Pre-Prep.

Miss Bella is delighted to be returning to Chelsea Pre-Prep as both a Teacher and SENCO. Having previously been a valued member of the CPP team, she brings with her a wealth of experience from both Chelsea Pre-Prep and local Prep Schools, along with a deep passion for supporting every child to flourish.

Known for her calm, nurturing, and child-centred approach, and being a mum herself, she believes every child deserves to feel seen, understood, and celebrated. She is passionate about building strong relationships with children and families, creating inclusive learning environments where confidence, curiosity, and independence can grow.

Through creative, hands-on experiences and thoughtful, individualised support, Miss Bella inspires children to develop a lifelong love of learning. We are thrilled to welcome her back to the Chelsea Pre-Prep family, where her kindness, expertise, and dedication continue to make a lasting impact.

Originally from South Africa, Miss Tayla has spent over 11 years working with children across South Africa, Italy, Vietnam, and the UK. Her international experience has given her a wonderful understanding of different approaches to Early Years education, all united by one belief;

that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and loved.

From her very first week at Chelsea Pre-Prep, Tayla's passion, enthusiasm, and willingness to help shone through. She has a natural gift for building caring relationships with children and creates calm, nurturing environments where every child feels secure, confident, and ready to learn.

Inspired by a teacher who made a lasting impact on her own childhood, Tayla is committed to making that same difference in the lives of the children she teaches. Thoughtful, kind, and full of positive energy, she brings warmth, dedication, and genuine care to everything she does, making her a wonderful member of the Chelsea Pre-Prep family.

For over 10 years, Miss Adriana has been at the heart of Chelsea Pre-Prep. Throughout her journey, she has taught every age group, taken on countless roles, and become one of the most loved and respected members of our community. Her passion for children, unwavering dedication, and genuine care for families have helped shape the nurturing culture that makes CPP so special.

Known for her infectious positivity and the strong relationships she builds, Adriana has a remarkable ability to make every child and parent feel valued, understood, and supported. As a qualified life coach, she brings a unique perspective to her teaching, weaving mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, and positive mindset into everyday experiences. She inspires children to be kind, resilient, and confident, while encouraging them to believe in themselves.

No matter the challenge, Adriana approaches everything with enthusiasm, kindness, and an incredible work ethic. Her passion for learning, growing, and giving her very best has only strengthened over the years, making her not only an exceptional educator but also an inspiring role model for children, families, and colleagues alike. She truly is one of the cornerstones of the Chelsea Pre-Prep family.

Miss Pip has a wonderful balance of calmness, warmth, and humour, making her a firm favourite with children and colleagues alike. Fascinated by child psychology and how young minds learn and grow, she has a thoughtful understanding of child development and is passionate about creating playful, individualised learning experiences that help every child flourish.

A true book lover, Pip has a magical way of bringing stories to life. Whether she's recreating a favourite tale through imaginative play, introducing exciting new characters, or using books as the starting point for an adventure, she inspires children to fall in love with reading and to let their imaginations soar.

Known for her gentle nature, quick wit, and ability to make every child feel valued, Miss Pip creates a classroom full of laughter, curiosity, and meaningful connections, where children feel confident to explore, discover, and simply enjoy being children.

Over the past years, Miss Sara has become an integral part of the Chelsea Pre-Prep team. With her boundless energy, natural curiosity, and hands-on approach, she brings enthusiasm and purpose to everything she does. A true powerhouse, Sara is always the first to roll up her sleeves, embrace a new challenge, and find creative ways to enrich children's learning.

Sara is passionate about building strong, meaningful relationships with every child. She believes that getting to know each child as an individual is the key to helping them flourish, and her thoughtful, personalised approach ensures that every child feels valued, understood, and supported.

Known for inspiring curiosity and encouraging children to ask questions, Sara creates exciting learning experiences where exploration, creativity, and confidence go hand in hand. Her dedication, warmth, and tireless work ethic make her an invaluable member of the Chelsea Pre-Prep family, and a teacher who leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets.

Miss Maria is a seasoned educator with a rich background in Early Years education, holding both Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a bachelor's degree in History of Art. Her career is defined by professionalism, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to personalized learning.

Driven by a deep-seated passion for education, Maria aims to empower children to grow into confident, independent, and creative individuals.

At Chelsea Pre-Prep, Maria devotes her expertise to nurturing our first years. Through engaging and innovative teaching methods, she creates a dynamic classroom environment where curiosity is encouraged and individual strengths are celebrated.

Miss Alba believes children are the most precious people in the world, constantly reminding us to see life through curious eyes. Passionate about Early Years education, she brings a wonderful blend of warmth, creativity, and enthusiasm to every day at Chelsea Pre-Prep.

Known for her radiant smile and welcoming nature, Alba has a remarkable ability to make children and families feel instantly at home. Her extensive experience in London nurseries, combined with her strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development, allows her to create thoughtful, engaging learning experiences tailored to every child.

Naturally curious and always eager to learn, Alba is constantly looking for new ways to grow as an educator and inspire the children around her. Her positive energy, kind heart, and genuine love for Early Years make her a much-loved member of the Chelsea Pre-Prep team.

With over 15 years of experience in education, Miss Ashleigh hails from Australia, where she began her journey in early years education. She spent two years in a local Primary school providing invaluable one-to-one support.

Ashleigh is passionate about empowering each child to express their individuality and creativity. Her patience, kindness, and calm energy are hallmarks of her teaching style, informed by her wealth of experience.

Having previously taught our 2nd years, Ashleigh brings a deep understanding of our school's expectations as she now guides our First years at Chelsea Pre-Prep. Her dedication to nurturing young minds ensures a supportive and enriching learning environment for all.

From the moment Miss Lucy walks into the room, her passion for dance and love of teaching are impossible to miss. Her enthusiasm is truly infectious, creating an atmosphere where every child feels excited to learn, move, and express themselves.

Having trained with the Royal Academy of Dance and gained her teaching qualification, Lucy brings both expertise and creativity to every class. She is passionate about inspiring the next generation of dancers, helping each child build confidence, develop strong foundations, and discover a genuine love for ballet.

Lucy loves finding imaginative and engaging ways to bring ballet to life, making every lesson fun, encouraging, and full of energy. She believes children learn best when they feel supported, celebrated, and free to express themselves. Above all, she creates a warm and welcoming environment where every dancer feels valued, leaves with a smile, and grows not only in their ballet skills but in confidence too.

With over eight years of experience coaching children of different ages and abilities, Coach Patsy brings a wonderful combination of expertise, enthusiasm, and calm energy to Chelsea Pre-Prep. Much of his experience has been within early years, where he has developed a real understanding of how to introduce sport and physical development in a way that is fun, engaging, and just right for young children.

Calm, patient, and incredibly kind, Patsy creates an environment where every child feels included and confident to have a go. As a father of two himself, he brings an added warmth and understanding to his sessions, recognising that every child develops at their own pace and responds to encouragement in their own way.

For Coach Patsy, sport is about far more than physical skills. Through energetic games, creative challenges, and plenty of fun, he helps children develop confidence, teamwork, resilience, and a love of being active. We are so excited to have his gentle nature, positive energy, and passion for sport as part of the Chelsea Pre-Prep team.

Miss Lucy is known across Chelsea Pre-Prep for her warm smile, gentle nature, and the genuine connections she builds with every child and family. Holding a BA (Hons) in Illustration, and having grown up in a family of artists, creativity is simply part of who she is. Step into Lucy's classroom and you'll quickly discover that imagination has no limits!

A naturally calm, nurturing and inspiring educator, Lucy has a wonderful ability to help every child feel seen, valued, and confident enough to express themselves. Whether through art, storytelling or open-ended exploration, she encourages children to think creatively, take risks, and bring their ideas to life.

Behind her gentle approach is a quiet determination and a real passion for helping children become kind, resilient, and independent individuals. A fantastic role model, Lucy leads by example and creates a classroom where children flourish, families feel at home, and creativity is celebrated every single day.

Miss Susana is one of the quiet strengths behind Chelsea Pre-Prep. With over 20 years of experience in prestigious private nurseries across London and Manhattan, New York City, she brings a wealth of knowledge, calmness, and dedication to everything she does. Originally from Lisbon, she holds a 0–3 International Montessori Diploma and is passionate about nurturing children's independence, confidence, and creativity from the very earliest years.

As a devoted mum to her son, Thomas, Susana brings a wonderful warmth and understanding to her role. Her caring nature, kindness, and steady presence make children, families, and colleagues alike feel supported and valued.

Whether she's preparing beautiful learning environments, lending a helping hand wherever it's needed, or offering thoughtful advice to the team, Susana is the person working tirelessly behind the scenes to make Chelsea Pre-Prep the special place it is. A true rock of CPP, her generosity, experience, and unwavering commitment make her an irreplaceable part of our family.

Amy leads Rocket’s finance and HR functions across all schools, ensuring systems run seamlessly while staying grounded in care and clarity. After years as the much-loved Office Guru at Chelsea Pre-Prep, she now supports the Rocket group overseeing Data protection and GDPR, invoicing, payroll, recruitment, and staff wellbeing. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and signature Scottish wit, Amy brings both structure and care to everything she does. She works closely with school offices and leadership teams to ensure Rocket’s operations remain consistent, people-focused, and always a step ahead.

Miss Alexia is the definition of someone who wears many hats and somehow makes every single one look effortless. In the midst of the daily whirlwind, she moves through the chaos with calm precision, keeping everything running smoothly while adding her own unmistakable flair. Her ability to juggle tasks, support the team, and still bring creativity and personality to Rocket is nothing short of impressive.

Miss Andrea joined Rocket in 2018 after a decade in education, including being the inaugural Headteacher at two outstanding nurseries in Kensington and Fulham and teaching at independent Prep schools. Andrea holds QTS and is a specialist in the field of Early Years. As a mother of three, Andrea is also more than familiar with the 4+, 7/8+ and 11+ assessments and next schools dilemma. Miss Andrea spent five years as the Head at Chelsea Pre-Prep and is now the Next Schools Specialist at our four Rocket Pre-Preps and also supporting families as a true parenting expert. Miss Andrea is also our ECTs Mentor and Tutor.

Michelle took on the role of Managing Director of Rocket Productions UK in Summer 2025, becoming the key figure overseeing the heartbeat of all Rocket schools across the UK as we grow. With a background in Economics and international teaching experience in Dubai, Michelle’s journey with Rocket is nothing short of iconic. She was part of the founding team at Kingsland, helped pioneer the Office Guru role, and has led both Kingsland and Grand West Pre-Preps as Headteacher bringing clarity, flair, and unwavering excellence to everything she touches. Widely respected for her vision and calm leadership, Michelle works closely with Stuart and each school Office, overseeing day-to-day operations while upholding consistency and excellence across all Rocket Pre-Preps. Michelle supports each of our settings to thrive in the present while confidently shaping what’s next with a relentless commitment to every child’s flourishing and a culture of high expectations across the board.

A jack of all trades, Miss Winsy guides the educational research that shapes our innovative approach, curriculum and projects at Rocket. She joined Chelsea Pre-Prep right at the start in 2009 and now merges her expertise in child development with her passion for education, innovation, and design. Miss Winsy also oversees the ongoing professional development of our teaching staff and is always on hand to support the team around the child, including families and other professionals. She also leads the Rocket Labs alongside our Curriculum & Innovation Engineers where they extend Rocket's mission through action-research, global collaborations and taking part in talks, conferences or case studies.  She also support our nonprofit arm, Rocket Earth. Miss Winsy completed her undergraduate teacher training in London and holds EYTS, SENCO accreditation as well as having completed postgraduate studies in Creativity Pedagogies, Neuroscience in Early Years and Counselling Skills for Working with Children.

The creative force behind Rocket Productions, our ‘vision’ man and custodian of the Rocket Mission - to change education. With a grandfather who worked for NASA on the Apollo Missions this is to be expected! Stuart became the founder & Head of Chelsea Pre-Prep in 2009 after having taught in a range of Prep schools and countries, and was named UK’s ‘Top 5 Most Inspirational People in the Early Years sector’. Stuart has spent the past 15 years creating and designing a dynamic and forward-thinking offering to Early Years education in London and a vibrant community of like-minded parents. He oversees the Head Teachers in managing the overall operations at Rocket Productions, developing the Rocket creative universe behind the scenes and building our Rocket culture and ethos.

Miss Melissa discovered her passion for Early Years education while studying, and over the past three years she has grown into a confident, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic educator who loves supporting young children as they learn and develop.

With a broad understanding of child development, Miss Melissa appreciates that every child learns in their own unique way. Her fun, caring, and positive approach helps children feel happy, safe, and excited to explore the world around them.

At Chelsea Pre-Prep, Melissa brings endless enthusiasm, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine love for helping children flourish. We're delighted to welcome her to the Chelsea Pre-Prep family.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Miss Caitlin is a qualified teacher with experience across schools, nurseries, and nannying. Growing up in a wonderfully large family—with over 50 first cousins!—she has always been surrounded by children, laughter, and plenty of adventure, making Early Years education a natural calling.

Radiating passion and positive energy, Caitlin loves creating engaging environments where children feel happy, confident, and inspired to learn. She believes that strong relationships and a sense of belonging are at the heart of every child's success.

Outside the classroom, you'll often find Caitlin exploring London, enjoying a trip to the theatre, or listening to Taylor Swift. Having seen the positive impact Chelsea Pre-Prep has on children and their families, she is thrilled to be joining the team and can't wait to become part of such a warm, creative, and welcoming community.

We are delighted to welcome Miss Ana back to Chelsea Pre-Prep after her time teaching at our sister school, Grand West Pre-Prep. With QTS and a wealth of Early Years experience, Ana brings an exceptional understanding of young children, alongside a genuine passion for helping them flourish.

Warm, creative, and wonderfully energetic, Miss Ana is known for her dedication, hard work, and ability to make learning both meaningful and fun. She has a particular talent for understanding each child as an individual, building strong relationships and creating an environment where children feel happy, confident, and excited to learn.

A true lifelong learner herself, Ana is always looking for new ideas and ways to develop her practice. With valuable experience working alongside Learning Support teams, she brings a thoughtful and individualised approach to the classroom. We couldn't be happier to have her warmth, creativity, and infectious enthusiasm back at Chelsea Pre-Prep!

Lauren is one of the longest standing members of Rocket after a decade of being Deputy head and Safeguarding lead with Mr Stuart at both Kingsland and our operator, Chelsea Pre-Prep. Sharp, professional and committed to shape our practice, Miss Lauren holds a BA in Early Childhood and has trained as Designated Safeguarding Lead. Expect to see her often in the office, holding the fort if a Head is out of the office or walking around to support teachers develop and implement our curriculum and the Rocket Approach. Miss Lauren also supports our Deputy Heads overseeing Compliance (Safeguarding,  Health and Safety) across all Pre-Preps.
