Miss Anna started her career at Rocket at Kingsland Pre-Prep where she was part of the senior management team. She became our Head in 2023 where she has been working to ensure the highest quality of education and care. After completing her Early Childhood studies in Greece, Anna enjoyed many years working as an Early years Teacher in private settings in London. As well as holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Anna has an array of secret weapons, she is also a professional dancer, graduating with a higher diploma in Dance & Arts and she is completing a Masters in Leadership (a true lifelong learner!). Miss Anna is also a founding member of Rocket Earth, our global charity initiative. We love that Anna puts her heart and passion into everything she does showing dedication, discipline and creativity.
Miss Megan joined us in September 2020 and has made her own mark, we would not recognise the Office without her! Megan can only be described as one the most likeable, bubbly and optimistic personalities around. She would quite possibly win ‘The Apprentice’ in manner and professionalism and has a background working for Amazon and BaxterStorey. Megan is our tour de force.
All our Office Gurus are also our First Aid officers although we always aim for all our staff to be trained.
Miss Lauren is one of the longest standing members of Rocket after a decade of being Deputy head and Safeguarding lead with Mr Stuart at both Kingsland & Chelsea Pre-Prep. Sharp, professional and committed to shape our practice, Miss Lauren holds a BA in Early Childhood and has trained as Designated Safeguarding Lead. Expect to see her often in the office, holding the fort if a Head is out of the office or walking around to support teachers develop and implement our curriculum and the Rocket Approach. Miss Lauren also supports our Deputy Heads overseeing Compliance (Safeguarding and Health and Safety) across all Pre-Preps.
Miss Fran is renowned at CPP for her kindness and dedication to building children’s self-esteem and self-worth. Holding an EYTS qualification, she taught our first years for the past two years and now brings her expertise to our second years.
Get ready for everything from physical activity assault courses to mindfulness sessions! Fran's passion for emotional regulation and her nurturing approach make her our Second Years Learning Support Coordinator. With Miss Fran, every child learns to believe in themselves and thrive.
Miss Eirini holds a bachelor’s degree in Education with a specialism in Early Years and has QTS. With extensive experience in nurseries and schools up to Year 3 in London, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a playful, funny personality to our team.
Previously a Learning Support Assistant, Eirini’s dedication to meeting children’s individual needs has led her to become our 1st Years Learning Support Coordinator after completing her SENCO award. Her hard work and passion for early years create an inspiring environment where children thrive, explore, and learn.
Miss Adriana has been a cherished part of Rocket for over 7 years. After a short break, she’s returned to our school community as a teaching assistant, and we couldn’t be more delighted! Adriana’s warmth, positivity, and boundless energy make her a natural with the children, and she always knows how to brighten up a room. Her genuine care and enthusiasm create a nurturing environment where little ones feel supported and inspired. We’re so lucky to have her back, and we know the children will thrive with her by their side!
Miss Diana is not just an educator but a creative powerhouse with a passion for handmade crafts and exceptional cooking skills. With QTS and a degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as postgraduate studies, she brings a wealth of academic knowledge to her role.
Beyond her qualifications, Diana's true passion lies in working creatively with children and guiding their educational journey. She has a knack for creating safe and nurturing spaces wherever she goes, fostering an environment where children can thrive.
Having taught our 1st years previously, Diana now enriches the learning experience of our 2nd years at Chelsea Pre-Prep. Her dedication to children’s development and her love for crafting and cooking make her classroom a place of exploration, creativity, and growth.
Miss Poppy discovered her true calling after studying Psychology at University. With a natural creative flair and infectious energy, she brings a unique blend of calm nurturing and boundless enthusiasm to every classroom.
As a talented musician, Poppy infuses music and joy into everything she does, making learning a harmonious experience. She has a knack for getting to know each child personally, creating a warm and supportive environment where they can thrive.

Miss Fatima has over 10 years of experience working in early years settings across Dubai, Bristol and Weybridge. Miss Fatima has developed a broad understanding of international teaching approaches that have enriched her professional background. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
With a strong belief in helping every child reach their full potential, she creates engaging, creative lessons using a variety of educational strategies and tech tools to bring learning to life. She’s dedicated to building a positive, supportive classroom where every child feels valued, confident, and inspired to thrive.
Miss Pip has always been fascinated by child psychology and keen to have a deeper understanding of the methods children use to learn and grow. With a degree in Early Childhood Studies, she has been provided with a strong foundation in child development and early years education which allows her to bring both passion and knowledge to her role.
Miss Pip believes that every child is unique; she is committed to creating a playful, engaging learning experiences that support each child’s strengths and interests. She loves nothing more than seeing children happy and thriving, growing in confidence and developing into their individual characters and her natural and calm approach to care allows her to deliver this.
Miss Sara is a dynamic educator with a rich background in early years education. Her positive energy, profound curiosity, and passion make her an ideal addition to Chelsea Pre-Prep. Sara fosters an environment where children are encouraged to ask questions and explore the world, creating a collaborative learning experience where both students and teachers grow together.

Miss Maria is a seasoned educator with a rich background in Early Years education, holding both Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a bachelor's degree in History of Art. Her career is defined by professionalism, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to personalized learning.

Miss Alba believes that children are the most precious beings, capable of teaching us new ways to see the world. With a passion for Early Years education, she is a dedicated and hardworking educator who finds joy in nurturing young minds and creating a supportive learning environment.
Alba has extensive experience teaching in London nurseries, where she has developed a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, and child development.

With over 15 years of experience in education, Miss Ashleigh hails from Australia, where she began her journey in early years education. She spent two years in a local Primary school providing invaluable one-to-one support.
Ashleigh is passionate about empowering each child to express their individuality and creativity. Her patience, kindness, and calm energy are hallmarks of her teaching style, informed by her wealth of experience.
Having previously taught our 2nd years, Ashleigh brings a deep understanding of our school's expectations as she now guides our First years at Chelsea Pre-Prep. Her dedication to nurturing young minds ensures a supportive and enriching learning environment for all.
Miss Stephanie graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance with a BA (Hons) in Ballet Education following her passion to teach ballet. Her career comprises time spent in professional ballet companies (including the Miami City Ballet) as well as teaching in Australia and London. We first met Stephanie two years ago as she completed a placement at both Chelsea Pre-Prep and Kingsland where everyone just loved her. She then came back to teach as part of Little Performers and this time we are not letting her go.
Miss Stephanie will be teaching our Dance and performance curricula which includes Classical ballet, Commercial as well as Movement & Performance.
When we first met Troy we were blown away by his passion and determination to help children stay healthy and active. He is a true advocate for children's right to high quality physical education experiences at schools and has extensive experience working at schools, including as a Head Sports coach and even delivering professional development workshops for staff.
Mr Troy is our superb Sports and P.E teacher at Chelsea Pre-Prep for both 1st and 2nd years.
Miss Lucy is known across CPP for her kind smile, positivity, and nurturing approach. Holding a BA (Hons) in Illustration, you can only imagine the creative explosion of arts and crafts in her class! Growing up in a big, extended family of artists, Lucy has been immersed in art from a young age.
At her core, Lucy is a strong, driven, and imaginative individual who loves nurturing children’s imaginations. She looks forward to helping their ideas come to life, creating a vibrant and inspiring environment for all her students. Her passion for art and creativity makes every day a colorful adventure in learning.
Susana is an experienced and passionate early childhood educator with over 20 years of expertise in private nurseries across London and New York City. SOriginally from Lisbon, she moved to London after earning her degree at 22 and discovered her true calling in working with young children.
Susana holds a 0–3 International Montessori Diploma from the North American Montessori Center, which has shaped her approach to fostering creativity, independence, and a love of learning in her students.
A devoted wife and mother to her four-year-old son, Thomas, Susana loves to travel, explore new cultures and spend time with her family. She is excited to bring her dedication and enthusiasm to Chelsea Pre-Prep, where she wishes to inspire the next generation of learners.
Amy leads Rocket’s finance and HR functions across all schools, ensuring systems run seamlessly while staying grounded in care and clarity. After years as the much-loved Office Guru at Chelsea Pre-Prep, she now supports the Rocket group overseeing Data protection and GDPR, invoicing, payroll, recruitment, and staff wellbeing. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and signature Scottish wit, Amy brings both structure and care to everything she does. She works closely with school offices and leadership teams to ensure Rocket’s operations remain consistent, people-focused, and always a step ahead.
Miss Alexia is the definition of someone who wears many hats and somehow makes every single one look effortless. In the midst of the daily whirlwind, she moves through the chaos with calm precision, keeping everything running smoothly while adding her own unmistakable flair. Her ability to juggle tasks, support the team, and still bring creativity and personality to Rocket is nothing short of impressive.
Miss Andrea joined Rocket in 2018 after a decade in education, including being the inaugural Headteacher at two outstanding nurseries in Kensington and Fulham and teaching at independent Prep schools. Andrea holds QTS and is a specialist in the field of Early Years. As a mother of three, Andrea is also more than familiar with the 4+, 7/8+ and 11+ assessments and next schools dilemma. Miss Andrea spent five years as the Head at Chelsea Pre-Prep and is now the Next Schools Specialist at our four Rocket Pre-Preps and also supporting families as a true parenting expert. Miss Andrea is also our ECTs Mentor and Tutor.
Michelle took on the role of Managing Director of Rocket Productions UK in Summer 2025, becoming the key figure overseeing the heartbeat of all Rocket schools across the UK as we grow. With a background in Economics and international teaching experience in Dubai, Michelle’s journey with Rocket is nothing short of iconic. She was part of the founding team at Kingsland, helped pioneer the Office Guru role, and has led both Kingsland and Grand West Pre-Preps as Headteacher bringing clarity, flair, and unwavering excellence to everything she touches. Widely respected for her vision and calm leadership, Michelle works closely with Stuart and each school Office, overseeing day-to-day operations while upholding consistency and excellence across all Rocket Pre-Preps. Michelle supports each of our settings to thrive in the present while confidently shaping what’s next with a relentless commitment to every child’s flourishing and a culture of high expectations across the board.
A jack of all trades, Miss Winsy guides the educational research that shapes our innovative approach, curriculum and projects at Rocket. She joined Chelsea Pre-Prep right at the start in 2009 and now merges her expertise in child development with her passion for education, innovation, and design. Miss Winsy also oversees the ongoing professional development of our teaching staff and is always on hand to support the team around the child, including families and other professionals. She also leads the Rocket Labs alongside our Curriculum & Innovation Engineers where they extend Rocket's mission through action-research, global collaborations and taking part in talks, conferences or case studies. She also support our nonprofit arm, Rocket Earth. Miss Winsy completed her undergraduate teacher training in London and holds EYTS, SENCO accreditation as well as having completed postgraduate studies in Creativity Pedagogies, Neuroscience in Early Years and Counselling Skills for Working with Children.
The creative force behind Rocket Productions, our ‘vision’ man and custodian of the Rocket Mission - to change education. With a grandfather who worked for NASA on the Apollo Missions this is to be expected! Stuart became the founder & Head of Chelsea Pre-Prep in 2009 after having taught in a range of Prep schools and countries, and was named UK’s ‘Top 5 Most Inspirational People in the Early Years sector’. Stuart has spent the past 15 years creating and designing a dynamic and forward-thinking offering to Early Years education in London and a vibrant community of like-minded parents. He oversees the Head Teachers in managing the overall operations at Rocket Productions, developing the Rocket creative universe behind the scenes and building our Rocket culture and ethos.
